i've made a new chatbox bellow the nav bar. i made it a xat cause its easer to do stuff on and its easer to see who's online. and all members on the forums will become members on the chatbox

NOTE TO MODS: all mods on the forums will be mods on the chatbox when i see them

NOTE: i will still make other people mods on the chatbox but you mite get de-moded
